He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald DePoy and Martha DePoy (Norton); his siblings, Mary Kay Harris, Peter DePoy, John Michael DePoy, Martha Pratico and Chris DePoy; and his parents-in-law, Nancy Gottlieb and Charles Gottlieb Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Nancy DePoy (Gottlieb); his children, Thomas Shawn DePoy (Donna), Kelly DePoy Parsons (Jamie), Jennifer DePoy and Ryan DePoy (Bridget); his grandchildren, Jenna, Noah, Elle, Christian, Kaylee, Virginia, Juliet and Tommy; and also Tom. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members and many treasured friends.
