He is survived by: his father Ronald Wayne Slade, Sr. (Carol) of Dorset; his sons, Justin Slade of Rutland and Jesse Slade of Rutland; his stepchildren, Richard Jarvis (Kyle) of Manchester, Paul Secoy (Logan) of Sunderland, VT, Nicole Morse (Jason) of Arlington, VT, Samantha Phillips (Josh) of Salem, NY and Melissa Secoy of Arlington, VT; his sisters, Veronica Blackmer (Fred) of Sunderland and Victoria Hewes (Herbert) of Manchester Center; and his nephews, Rick Gaudette of Oregon and Taylor Hewes (Molly) of Sunderland. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 2 great nieces, 2 great nephews and 6 grandchildren.
