He is survived by: his wife Judith Cloutier (Desrocher); his children, Karen Cloutier and Paul Cloutier (Ali); his grandchildren, Michael, Quinton and Victoria; and his siblings, Estelle and Eugene. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
