He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald Parker and George Parker. He is survived by: his wife Bette Jean Potter of Rutland; his children, Robin Lynn Helwig (Jeff) of Plattsburgh, NY, Lisa Jean Swane of Claremont, FL, Cathleen Allen (Brian) of Ft Wayne, IN, Rober L. Parker Jr. of Rutland, VT and George W. Parker (Karen) of Monkton, VT; his brother Leon R. Parker Sr. of Castleton; and also Harmond Balch. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Aldous Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Rutland (44 N Main St, Rutland, VT 05701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Congregational Church (8 Court St, Rutland, VT 05701).
