He is survived by: his parents, Frederick R. Noyes and Barbara Noyes (Butterfield); his spouse Donna Blowers; his children, Fred Noyes of Rutland, Laura Frazer of Ballston Spa, NY, Sharon Charland of Fruitland, FL and Terry Noyes of Florida; and his sister Mary Jane Sagi of Rutland, VT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
