He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Richard Hebert. He is survived by: his parents, Karen Jr. (Onion) and Patrick E. Conway Jr.; his friend Jennifer Hebert Conway; his brother Christopher Conway of Rutland; his mother-in-law Christine Hebert of Rutland Town; his siblings-in-law, Karen (Christopher Mayne) of Manchester, Sara (Michael Tully) of Mendon, Amy (Mark Merrill) of Mendon and Mark (Tricia Hebert) of Gilford, NH; and his nieces and nephews, Jillian, Julia, Jaiden, Kylee, Matthew, Brianna, Tanner, Lucas, Devin, Lilyanna and Vivienne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Rutland County Humane Society or Mount St. Joseph Academy.
