With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma C. Ellis (Rutland, Vermont), born in Weathersfield, Vermont, who passed away on August 15, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank B. Ellis Sr.; and her son Frank B. Ellis Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Ellis Colburn and Pearl Colburn (Frail); her children, Linda Bissette (Stephen) of Chippenhook, William Ellis (Tina) of Mendon, Steven Ellis (Jan) of Shrewsbury, Jesse Ellis (Stacy) of Vero Beach and Jon Ellis of Rutland; and her sister Beverly Adams of Shrewsbury. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
