She is survived by: her parents, Thomas William and Brenda Lee O'Grady (Wilson); her children, Rylee Lessard of Fair Haven, A. J. O'Grady and Carl O'Grady; and her brothers, Thomas O'Grady Jr. of Rutland and Warren O'Grady of Fair Haven. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
