She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Keefe and Agnes Keefe (Cummings); her husband James L. Goodwin; and her siblings, Gerald Keefe, David Keefe and Sheila St. Lawrence.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean Goodwin of Woburn, MA and Kevin Goodwin of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
