He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis DeCota and Eva DeCota (Savard); and his brother Louis DeCota. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Alice (Barkhouse) of Bernadette's Church; and his children, David DeCota (Dorothy) of Bernardsville, NJ, Mark DeCota (Pamela Proulx) of Killington, Kathy Kinneavy (Jim) of Somersworth, NH and Michelle DeCota of Rutland. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
