He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Newton and Virginia Newton (Morano); and his brother Kent Newton. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Newton (Crowe) of Rutland; his children, Bryan Newton of Rutland, Nikki Crowe of Rutland, Kasie Newton of Poultney and Lindsey Newton of Rutland; and his siblings, Robert Newton of Evansville, IN, Stephen Newton of Rutland, Christopher Newton of Pensacola, FL, Mamie Keith of Pittsford, Teresa Perry of Harrisburg, PA and Mary Zimmer of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
