He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Hughes and Mary Hughes (Jackson); his wife Sharon Hughes (Gilbert) of Mendon; his children, Brian Hughes (Lynn) of Mendon, Debby Woodard (Dave) of Wellington, FL, Joanne Penfield (Ted) of Concord, MA and Judy Larson (Kurt) of Sudbury, MA; and his sisters, Carol White of Middleton, MA, Beverly Blake, Roberta Brown and Sherry Switzer. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
