He was predeceased by: his parents, John Halpin and Yvonne Halpin (Thompson); and his siblings, Michael and Maryanne. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Kelly (John), Crista Mathew (late Kim) and Joanne Halpin; his grandchildren, Ryan Kelly, Kyle Kelly, Andrew Mathew and Hannah Mathew; his siblings, Tom Halpin (Judy Quigley) and Kathleen Canning (late Ray); his sister-in-law Emily Baigis; and his partner's children, Scott, Susan and Laurie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
