She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert L Petty and Adeline M. Petty (Jennett). She is survived by: her spouse John E. Fowler; her children, Jay Fowler of Castleton and Lori Webber of Raleigh, N. C.; and her sister Nancy Johnson (Mike) of North Carolina. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
