He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Chapla (Alberding); his children, Jacqueline Faitoute (John Anderson) of Flemington, NJ, Rhonda Chapla (Bernard Yeager) of Clarendon, VT, Laura Matern (Dieter) of Rochester, MN, Natalie Chapla of West Pawlet, VT and Greg Chapla (Beth) of Muncie, IN; his sisters, Mary Hoffman, Josephine and Sophie Chapla; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Eric Faitoute, Steven Chapla, Lukas, Marie Matern and Dana Tokarzewski; and his great grandchildren, Marcy Faitoute and Leo Faitoute.
