He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. Weeks and Blanche LaPan Weeks. He is survived by: his sisters, Leona, Shirley and Betty; his niece Barbara Flanders Milo; and also, David, Roger and Eddie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Holy Name Chapel for the purchase of a memorial gift in remembrance of Henry and his service to the Lord and the church which he loved.
