He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogers Howard and Caroline Howard (Angevine); his former wife Theresa Howard (Piette); and his siblings, Dean Howard and Rogene Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Terri; and his daughter Krista Garrity (Wortman Howard) of Bloomington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
