He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nicholas Nugent and Rose Nugent (Mast); his wife Catherine Nugent of Rutland; his children, Gerard (Debbie Nugent) of Bristol, Christopher Nugent of Bristol, Daniel (Laura) of Starksboro, Anthony Nugent of Africa, Diane Mock (Dennis) of Schuyler Falls and Kristen Nugent of Rutland; his sister-in-law Barbara Nugent of Amityville; and his siblings, Kenneth Nugent and Marilyn Crumden. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
