He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Mainolfi and Mary Mainolfi (Dzuba); and his siblings, James Mainolfi, Frances Wharton and Anne Bruso.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Mainolfi of Rutland, Sandra Mainolfi of Rutland and Lynn Pomerleau (Sylvain) of North Clarendon; his former wife Rosalind Loso; his grandchildren, Douglas Brown, Morgan Longe, Meredith Brown, Monique Pomerleau and Kayla Pomerleau; his great grandchildren, Madelin Longe and Jolene Dudek; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
