She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Carrigan and Mary Carrigan (Hennessey); her brothers, Thomas and Martin; and her son Martin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Smith of Rutland, VT, Matthew Smith (Margo) of Frontenac, MN and Karen Poljacik of Rutland, VT; her granddaughters, Heather, Chelsea and Natalie; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Alivia, Emma and Morgan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clifford Funeral Home (2 Washington St, Rutland, VT 05701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (66 S Main St, Rutland, VT 05701).
