Spencer (Rutland, Vermont), born in Rome, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Royston M. Spencer; her parents, Bert Thomas and Anna Mae Thomas (Williams); and her brother Randall Thomas. She is survived by: her son Thomas Spencer; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Hottenstein of Rutland, VT. She is also survived by 4 nieces and a nephew and their children.
