He was predeceased by: his brother George Laviana. He is survived by: his parents, Geraldine Sr (McCoy) and Earl E. Laviana Sr; his wife Janet Laviana (Shepard); his sons, Earl III of Rutland and Scott Laviana of Rutland; and his sibling Roger Laviana of Polanski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
