He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cook and Yvette Cook (Pominville). He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Cook of Florence; his sons, Brady Cook (Courtney) of Pittsford and Robert Cook (Brianna) of New Haven; his stepchildren, Anthony DelMonte of Newfield, NJ and Shelby Samartino of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Raymond Cook (Eileen) of Sudbury, Thomas Cook of Sudbury, Joanne Keith of Pittsford, Elaine Cook of Sudbury and Patricia Walton of Castleton. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
