It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Paul Reid in Rutland, Vermont, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Daniel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Daniel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Reid and Shirley Reid (Taylor); his wife Sabby Reid (Waters) of Brandon; his sons, Kyle Reid (Jessica) of Brandon, Sean Reid (Tammy) of Brandon and Mitchell Reid (Cynceree) of Brandon; and his siblings, Michael Reid of Salem, N. Y. and Lori Kearsing (Bob) of Granville, N. Y.. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller and Ketcham Funeral Home (26 Franklin St, Brandon, VT 05733).
