It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clayton Bernard Tanner of Rutland, Vermont, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arland Tanner and Ella Griffin Tanner (Frappier); and his siblings, Arland Tanner Jr. (Korean War), Jack Tanner, James G. Tanner, Raymond Tanner, Richard Tanner, Benedict Frappier, Robert Frappier, Victor Frappier, Elizabeth Derby and Judy Champagne.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Guyette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (66 S Main St, Rutland, VT 05701).
