Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charlotte Flanders of Rutland, Vermont, born in Proctor, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 85, on March 5, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Comstock and Hazel Comstock (Parker); her husband Ellis Flanders (Sonny); her siblings, Audrey Alberico, Charlene Elkey, Janet LaVictorie, Carroll, William, Richard and Donald Comstock; and her grandson Joseph Machin.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Machin (Teresa) of North Carolina and David Hoffman Jr. (Candice) of Glens Falls; her sisters, Doris Alberico, Joyce Notte and Barbara Mckinstry; her granddaughters, Kristen Machin and Abigail Hoffman; her stepson Norman Flanders (Rita) of North Clarendon; and her stepgrandsons, Nick, Rob and Steven.
