He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Treadway and Alma Treadway (Locke); and his sister Coleen Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Margery B. Treadway (Bullard); and his children, Charlene Barrett, Debbie Treadway, Mike Treadway, Cindy Rose and Melissa Hays.
