He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Theodore "Ted" Burnham and Virginia LeMay Burnham. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Frechette Burnham (Lucy); his children, Dale John Burnham and Mari Jeanne Hanson; his stepsons, Steven and Michael Daly; his siblings, Richard Kent Burnham of Washington, CT and Faye Gates Gourley of Kittery, ME.; and also, Dori, Kim, Jake of Connecticut, Grace of Connecticut, Alyssa of Connecticut and Emma of Connecticut. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
