It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eugene H. Higgins of Rupert, Vermont, born in Granville, New York, who passed away at the age of 86, on November 10, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Higgins and Myrtle Higgins (Jordan); and his brother Charles A Higgins. He is survived by: his cousins, Rose Jordan, Margaret Bain and Mary Williams; and his friend Trudy Kelly.
