Harvey and Eula Harvey (Severy); his children, Michael Harvey (Nancy) of Rochester, William Harvey (Shari) of Rochester, James Harvey (Suzelle) of Rochester, Mark Harvey (Ann) of Norwich and Beverly Lary (Dicken) of Rochester; his siblings, Richard Harvey and Helen Wilbur; and his grandson Damian Sleath. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
