She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Brown and Dorothy Brown (Hill); her former husband Robert Twitchell; her husband Gerald Shepard; her siblings, Richmond, Bruce, Dale, Earline and Betty; her grandson Nathan Twitchell; and her daughter-in-law Laurie Twitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Sidney Twitchell of Gaysville, Calvin Twitchell of Bradenton, FL, Steve Twitchell of Rochester, Sharon Shaw, Shelia Twitchell of Rochester, Linda Twitchell of Granville and Judy Jacques of Hancock; and her siblings, Masil Brown of Elk Creek, VA, Lorenzo Brown Jr. of Stockbridge, Francis Brown of Stockbridge, Joyce Twitchell of Rochester, Dorothy Whitney of Tunbridge, Beverly Duggan of Umatilla, FL and Sandra Whitney of Montana. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
