He is survived by: his niece Josephine; his brothers, Sidney (Brenda) and Jeffery (Digna "Nita"); his children, Mary Grace Smith (Paul), Mary Ann McGuire (Tim) and Josephine; and his grandchildren, James M. Wheaton (Carla), Jessica Marie Wheaton (Ronnie), Jonathan Wesley Wheaton (Joleesa), Logan T. McGuire and Aria J. Smith.
