It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Karen Barrett (Richmond, Vermont), born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 72, on November 3, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Barrett, Sr. and Elaine McMaster (McCann); her friend Janice Young; her brother Bernard Barrett Jr.; her half-brother Gary McMaster; and her brother Ron Barrett.

She is survived by: her stepmother Lucille Barrett of Lewiston, Maine; her sisters, Bonnie, Debbie Barrett and Susie Butler (Jim Butler); her nephews, Tyler and Eric Butler; her sister-in-law Liz Barrett; her nephew Steven Barrett; and her nieces, Lisa and Sara Barrett.

Because of the current pandemic, there will be no calling hours. There will be a graveside service at Lakeview Cemetery that will be private and at the convenience of the family.
