He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Harvey and Anna Harvey (Farr); and his siblings, George, Rebecca Boiney and Alice Robertson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Smart; his children, James Harvey, Jr. (Laura) of Tampa, FL, Deborah Mae Harvey of Burlington, VT, Judy Lynn Harvey of Richmond, VT and Vicki Ana Fletcher (Manny) of Huntington, VT; his grandchildren, Kai, Zoe Harvey, Bailey, C. J. Pecor, Dylan, Ana Fletcher, Jennifer L. Eldred (Bill) and Tara Freedle (Joe); his great grandchildren, Brandon, Alaynna Eldred, Shaylyn, Mason, David Joe Freedle and Abrianna Villanti; and his siblings, Claire Streeter (John), Seward Harvey (Ida) of Richmond, VT, Harold Harvey of Essex Junction, VT and Phil Harvey (Leda) of Albany, VT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
