Duane Walter Straw Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Walter Straw of Richmond, Vermont, born in Vershire, Vermont, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Straw and Hazel Straw (Aldrich); and his sisters, Marilyn Williams (Will) of Windsor, Charlotte Brooks (Wayne) of Barre and Phyllis Brown (Frank) of Bradford.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel of Ferrisburgh; his children, Daryl Straw (Michele) of South Burlington, Doreen Kadric (Mumin) of Ferrisburgh and Anne Straw (Jeremy Gibson) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Samir, Jacob, Gabriel Kadric of Ferrisburgh and Natalie Straw of South Burlington. He is also survived by 16 sisters and brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
