She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. O'Neil and Laura B. O'Neil (Bressor); and her husband Edward. She is survived by: her daughters, Noreen A. of Richmond, Delana M. (Christopher Braves) of Richmond and Louise M. of Richmond; and her siblings, Lester T., James J., Thomas A., Francis J., Virginia L., Esther M., Mary S. and Elizabeth O'Neil. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
