She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lewis Oakes and Alta Seraphine Oakes (Bouchard); her husband Harry Leroy Lowe; her daughter Deborah Lowe; her granddaughter Jenny Girardi; her great grandchild Damien Girardi; and her brother Richard Oakes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Girardi (Jack) of Readsboro, VT, Laure Lowe (Joy Gaier) of Santa Rosa, CA and Rene Lowe (Levin Hardison) of Readsboro, VT; her grandsons, Michael Lowe of Scranton, PA, Mark Lowe of Readsboro, VT. and Jesse Girardi (Julissa) of North Adams, MA; her great grandchild Madeline Girardi; and her brother Gary Oakes of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Stamford Community Church (1059 Main Rd, Stamford, VT 05352).
