He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Ritchie and Henry Lemons; and his siblings, Marie Maynard, Wilma Lemons, Jerry Lemons, Tom Lemons and Larry Lemons.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Michelle Norton (Adam) of Colchester, Jennifer Howard (Timothy) of Fairfax, Robert Joseph Lemons, Jr. (Debbie) of Texas, Patric Lemons of Burlington, Diana Lynn Varin and Carrie Spear; his grandchildren, Kaylee Gallagher, Nicole Norton, Leah Norton, Bella Norton, Jayce Norton, Kelsey Howard, Kristin Lemons, Justin Lemons, McKenna Lemons and Aydan Lemons; and his sister-in-law Mary Way of Williston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
