We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2020, at the age of 86, Phyllis L. Jensen (Randolph, Vermont), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Bartkowski and Laurette Bartkowski (Karga); her grandson Patrick Colby Gray; her brother Robert (Alma); her niece Judy; her cousin Dorothy Krolick; and also, William (Billy) and Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Jensen; her children, Phyllis Ford (Stan) and Scott Jensen (Tina); and her grandchildren, Courtney Milo Jr. (Todd) and Shawn Gray.
