Lynne Niebling Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynne Niebling of Randolph, Vermont, born in Union, New Jersey, who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" Frazer and Virginia "Ginny" Harms Frazer; her children, Alyssa Kim Silloway and Michael Frazer Silloway; and her brother Charles "Chucky" Frazer of Union, NJ..
She is survived by: her children, Donald Michael Silloway and Tracey Lynne Silloway; her granddaughter Molly "Charlie" Lynne Silloway of Sharon, VT.; her husband Robert Niebling; her children, Samantha, Jennifer and Josh Niebling; and her grandchildren, Sydney, Robert "Bubba", Xavier and Quinton Niebling.
She recently lost one of her cousins to COVID. Lynne advocated for the vaccine by volunteering for the UVM COVID 19 Vaccination trials https://youtu.be.
