He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Warner and Luella Warner (Cole); his sister Lucille; his brother-in-law Paul Webster; his stepsons, Richard Lackey and David Paul; his nephew Neil Webster; his former wife Ruth Parker; and his great grandchildren, McKenna Bell, William and Joshua Warner Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Teresa (Gary Bradley), Wayne (Karen Warner), Ron (Edie) and Debra Warner; his stepchildren, Philip Lackey (Marie) and Donna Brownell; his niece Phyllis Roberts; and his nephews, Philip and Duane Webster. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
