He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jacobs and Thelma Jacobs; and his sister Raylene Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jacobs; his daughters, Lisa Kennedy (Mike) and Laura Smith (Chris); and his grandchildren, Lindsay Leathers (Adam), Gabrielle Daigneault (Ryan) and Amanda Smith. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
