He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Burley Barnard and Joyce Barnard (Simmons); his wife Sandra Barnard of Randolph; his sons, Dale Barnard (Sherry) of Randolph and Brian Barnard (Debbie) of Randolph; and his grandchild Jamie Barnard. He was also cherished by six step-grandchildren; many Great-grandchildren.
