He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Phillip and Sarah; his siblings, Kelly Lease and Steve Lease; his uncle Gary Leinart; his nieces, Erin Lease Maxwell and Chelsea Klinger; his nephew Robert Klinger; his father Adrian Lease; his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Carol Klinger; and his brother-in-law Peter Klinger (Amy).
