Furman of South Royalton, VT.; his sons, Christopher Stender (Lea) of Canaan, NH and Michael Stender of South Royalton, VT; his grandson Patrick Bettis of Bethel, VT; and his brother Ronald Stender (Janet) of Sharon, VT. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
