We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, at the age of 88, Barbara M. Bowen (Randolph, Vermont) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Geryl Bowen and Elsie Bowen (Sawyer); her daughters, Claudia Smith of Braintree and Althea Roberts of Bethel; and her sister Carla Bowen of Burlington. She was also cherished by Eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
