Dowd of Randolph Center, Vermont, born in Irvington, New Jersey, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Willam Sr. and Rose M. Dowd; his son Michael; and his brother Raymond Willam Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his son Tom (Ann); his grandchildren, Cooper, Simon of California, Michael Isaac, Cora and Sadie of Vermont; his sister Betty; his brothers-in-law, Jim Maloney of South Carolina and John Maloney (Lenora) of Ohio; and his uncle Anthony Masessa (Clara) of New Jersey. He is also survived by one nephew and several cousins.
