He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barnet Kaplan and Edna Kaplan (Levine); his wife Ynez Lynch Kaplan of Randolph Center, VT; his brothers, Harvey and Burton Kaplan (Sally) of Morris, NY; and his children, Jonathan Kaplan (Anne) of Randolph, VT, Christina Kaplan Rohan of Montpelier, VT, Eric Kaplan (Jerri) of Portland, OR and Karen Kaplan Chambers (Ben) of Franklin Lakes, NJ. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
