She was predeceased by: her parents, Sumner Small and Eleanor Manning Mitchell Small; and her brothers, Lawrence and Gilbert Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Emily Waterman Hart (Larry) of Topsham, VT, Jason Williams (Abbie) of Randolph Center, VT, Debbie Williams (Daryl) of Chelsea, VT and Allen Williams of Randolph Center, VT.; and her siblings, Russell Mitchell, Diana Whalen, Paula Mitchell, Steven Small and Scott Small.
