It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bancroft Kelly (Quechee, Vermont), born in Woodstock, Vermont, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron F. Kelly and Louise Kelly (Kittredge); and his siblings, Mary Louise, Margaret, Byron Sr. and Robert Kelly.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille Kelly (Major); his son Benjamin C Kelly; his nephew Byron Kelly; and his niece Michelle Kelly Bradley. He is also survived by dog "Buddy" and many other close relatives and friends.
